WHAT I CAN USE DODO FOR?

You can order anything legal. It doesn't matter if you want a cake for a birthday party, to drop off some laundry, need something from the pharmacy, to pick up an order from an e-shop or safely deliver a package in Prague. The sky is the limit 😊

HOW QUICK ARE YOU?

As quick as a flash! 😊 We start working on your order immediately after your confirmation. We deliver it as soon as possible, or at a time convenient for you. Details about the delivery are agreed in advance so you won't be surprised.

HOW CAN I ORDER DODO?

It is as easy as can be. You can send an SMS to 222 111 800 or you can use Facebook Messenger. The SMS fee is charged according to your carrier's tariff as a standard SMS.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

We don't have fixed prices because a price depends on the distance and difficulty of delivery. The price is always agreed in advance and we start working on your order only after your confirmation.

HOW BIG CAN YOUR ORDER BE?

Does your order fit into a backpack? Great! We save the environment and your money, some of our folks move around the city on foot with a backpack only.

Do you need to send something bigger? Don't worry! We can help you anyway with our fleet of green DoDo cars.

DO YOU NEED DELIVERY ON THE EXACT TIME?

It couldn't be any easier! Just write the exact time and place in your order; you can be sure DoDo will be there!

WHEN I CAN ORDER?

We are ready to save your time and nerves every day from 8:00 to 22:00.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay by cash or card.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE WITH YOU?

We respect the protection of personal data so you don't have to worry. Your personal information is safe with us and we don't provide it to any third parties.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

We always give you a receipt for purchased goods so you can solve any claims and returns directly with the retailer. Did you lose your receipt? Don't worry and let us know.
